I am a dog groomer and these shears would be great for someone grooming their personal pet. They were too lightweight for me.

cheaply made

Handles felt clumsy and hard to use. I've always used plain and lightweight shears on my 7+ shelties - easy to use and gave a nice finish to their paws. I thought

Handles felt clumsy and hard to use. I've always used plain and lightweight shears on my 7+ shelties - easy to use and gave a nice finish to their paws. I thought I'd try something new but it didn't work out for me. I went back to my old way of trimming their paws.

Work great

I bought these thinners 20 years ago and just replaced them with the same pair. Quality is still great. Should get 20 years out of this new one

Super sharp

Love my new finishing shears. I wasn’t expecting them to be so sharp! So a word of caution working on the wiggly ones the shears will cut skin! My poor boy did sustain

Love my new finishing shears. I wasn’t expecting them to be so sharp! So a word of caution working on the wiggly ones the shears will cut skin! My poor boy did sustain a grooming injury due to not standing still while I had the shears at his feet I clipped he moved at the same time and well accidents happen. Obviously I’m not a professional groomer. But I’d recommend these shears

Snip,snip!

Still getting the hang of them. Nice quality shears. Have the perfect breed to try this out on; a sheltie.
