I have these 7" curved scissors and also the tiny curved scissors by Tweezerman. They both are extremely sharp and cut my Goldendoodle's hair well. I wish Tweezerman would make a straight blade scissor (with safety tip), so my dog's haircut isn't so uneven looking.

I have a very fluffy and extremely wiggly orange cat, and these grooming shears were a game-changer! He usually squirms when I try to trim his paws, but the curved design and rounded safety tips made the process so much easier. I never felt worried about accidentally nicking him, which gave me the confidence to work quickly and efficiently. The shears are lightweight and comfortable to hold, so my hands didn’t cramp up while trimming. Plus, I love that they can be resharpened, meaning I’ll have one good pair for a very long time. I liked how these scissors were curved as well as rounded on the ends. I am always so nervous cutting dogs hair because of fear of poking them. This was easy to use for cutting long hair around the eyes of a miniature poodle. She doesn't like to sit still for her face to be trimmed but was more calm while using them. The cut was very clean and easy. I noticed on the box it said free sharpening as well. There was a spot by her eyes stuck together and it cut smoothly through that as well. Definitely would recommend.

These scissors are heavy duty and feel great in your hands. The curved blade is perfect for my fluffy poodles face, allowing me to get a close cut to his face and eyes without working about the angle I am cutting at. I was able to flip the scissors so they curved with his face no matter the left or right side. I also love the curved ends so as my dog wiggles there no chance of sharp edges cutting him.
