Great help for cantankerous old horse

My 27 year old mustang has been retaining water in his belly and sheath. Usually, this happens the first hot spell we get and then it subsides with some hosing/walking

My 27 year old mustang has been retaining water in his belly and sheath. Usually, this happens the first hot spell we get and then it subsides with some hosing/walking. However, this year it did NOT go away. Vet offered Lasix, which I didn't want to start. Did some research and came upon this product, ordered it and Thank You Chewy, got it the next day. Old man ate these right out of my hand! I put one scoop in each his morning and evening feed and within 2 days he had shed the water and was back to normal size! I am continuing to feed this half dose and some electrolytes until the fall and cooler temps.

bought this for maggies friend shadow, he has bad kidneys (30 yrs old) and this has got him feeling a lot better, he was not eating, drinking or urinating, called the vet he seemed unimpressed with shadows condition telling me many horses go off their feed for a couple of days. I was not having it so I remembered these leaves from when I was a 4-H leader. checked chewy and sure enough they had them, I ordered saturday evening and they were at my door sunday afternoon. thing is the horse long ago did not like them much, we had to hide them in stuff, shadow loves them! so now I mix some bran which he also loves with leaves and dollar store frosted oatmeal cookies and he has started eating, even a little hay, not a lot yet but hey! he is eating, drinking, and pee'ing!!!!!!!!

Kidney stones

My horse was very sick for over 6 months. He had an infection, lost a lot of weight and was in a lot of pain, but the vets could not figure out what was wrong. Then

My horse was very sick for over 6 months. He had an infection, lost a lot of weight and was in a lot of pain, but the vets could not figure out what was wrong. Then desperately trying to find out what was wrong. They did an ultrasound on his kidneys and found he had kidneys stones, so they put him on uva ursi leaves. He has been on them for 3 months. The infection and pain are gone and he has put most of his weight back on. He is happy and full of energy again I definitely recommend this product.
