CHIPS NOT HEARTS!

The picture of the bag does not indicate they are chips. The bag indicates they are hearts! The next picture shows a pile of sunflower seed hearts. Not chips, hearts!

The picture of the bag does not indicate they are chips. The bag indicates they are hearts! The next picture shows a pile of sunflower seed hearts. Not chips, hearts! I went back through descriptions and finally after clicking specifications, and the see more section, one time is it mentioned that they are chipped hearts. And I had to search for that. This is very deceptive and I will definitely not buy this again. If I could, I would return the unopened bag. Very dissatisfied. I’m surprised chewy is selling this product. Also, my fault for not reading reviews on it and just trusting chewy. That’s on me. By the way, the birds are not going through this as quickly as they did the whole hearts I was buying. Inferior product!

Hearts?

The bag says Hearts. It is deceiving...our fault for looking at the bag and not reading the fine print. We were expecting whole hearts and not ground up hearts

The bag says Hearts. It is deceiving...our fault for looking at the bag and not reading the fine print. We were expecting whole hearts and not ground up hearts. After going back and looking at the specs for the product, I saw that information listed. I was disappointed that the bag mislead us. And to make matters worse, we forgot it was on our autoship so now have another bag coming!

Both bags I bought were all tiny chips. There were no whole sunflower kernels. The birds and critters did eat them and they were cheap.
