I ordered this a while back and just got to opening it and there was no head cover or window straps. Am I able to get this sent to me?

Does the length include the window panels?

The Standard measures 54 inches from door to door by 58 inches (from the back headrests to the front headrests including the hammock part. It is suitable for most standard cars, SUVs and small trucks. The size of the sides are 18 inches wide by 17 inches long. The X-Large measures 60 inches from door to door by 64 inches from the back headrests to the front headrests including the hammock part. It is suitable for big trucks. The size of the sides are 18 inches wide by 18 inches long.

Can this seat cover be converted to only cover one chair so somebody could still sit in the backseat?

The seat cover easily converts into a semi-hammock, letting a passenger conveniently ride in the backseat with the dog in the hammock.

Will the standard fit a suv or do I need an extra large?

The Standard hammock can fit most cars and SUVs while the X-Large can fit most big SUVs, vans, or a truck.

Great Coverage!

It gives full coverage of the back seat. The only drawback is the dog hair sticks to it and isn’t easily removed.

After 5 years, my old seat cover was shot. This one has some nice features my other one did not. The mesh and zippers allow me to see the dog and for a person to share the back seat. My black lab loves to rest his head on the windowsill (slobber happens) so I thought the straps on the side would be safer and nicer for him as was shown in the product photos, but he refuses to rest his head on it when the strap is attached to the overhead handle. That is the only downside. The upside is that his paws are contained because of the side panel that zips. No more slipping off the seat because the space by the door is enclosed now. Much safer set up for him. This really nice fabric and sturdy construction. Well worth the price. I feel safer because there is no way he can touch the floors or doors when it is zipped. We just down use the strap above his head on one side.

excellent seat cover

I am very pleased with this seat cover. It was super easy to install, we got the larger sized one for SUV, and it stays put when the dog (80lb) jumps in or moves

I am very pleased with this seat cover. It was super easy to install, we got the larger sized one for SUV, and it stays put when the dog (80lb) jumps in or moves around. I like that I can zip up one end and leave the other unzipped for entry/exit. Our dog is tall, so he can easily still look over the end and put his head out the window or see out. But the front panel with mesh is nice in that he no longer tries to look forward into the front seat. It also keeps him from slipping off the seat when the car is moving and ending up in the foot area, still plenty of room for him to move around or lay down. I've used it locally but we look forward to using this on the next road trip too.

Great Seat Cover!

Bought this for a 6-7 hour ride with my mini Aussie. I didn't want him in the front seat, but I wanted him to be able to see and to get the air from the front vents

Bought this for a 6-7 hour ride with my mini Aussie. I didn't want him in the front seat, but I wanted him to be able to see and to get the air from the front vents. So that mesh window sold me. It was great. My little guy was happy back there with plenty of room. He could sleep, play with his toys, or look out the windows. And mind you, I usually have him in the front passenger seat, but no more. It's safer for him to be in the back. So glad I bought this!
