What is the VIT E content ?

Is this meant to be fed dry?

Answer by ChewyFeb 17, 2022
This feed can be fed as is.

Can this be soaked for horses with limited teeth?

Answer by ChewyApr 14, 2024
These pellets are small and we don't add any binders which keeps them soft. This eliminates choke without the need to soak the pellets. You can still soak them to help give your animal extra hydration and softness.

What is sugar/starch content?

I bought half a pallet from the manufacturer itself in order to save a few dollars per bag. This stuff needs AIR and must NOT be kept anywhere near any moisture, because it will absorb the moisture and it will mold. So I lost a few hundred dollars in wasted product. Found it on Chewy and now I can order what I need as we go and not waste the feed or my money. Win win! Thanks Chewy!

I do trick training, and I've been using these pellets as treats for years now and I love them. I put them in my horse's treat ball for her to play with, and if I ever need a hot mash in the winter I just soak these and feed them with lots of water. They're perfect for every application.

Fresh no dust pellet

This product is great. My horses couldn't get it out of the bucket fast enough as I carried it to fill their feeders. They love it. And its a nice sized bigger pellet

This product is great. My horses couldn't get it out of the bucket fast enough as I carried it to fill their feeders. They love it. And its a nice sized bigger pellet and easily soaked in a few minutes for my older horse. And no dust in the bag at all. Smelled fresh and amazing

Good feed for horses on a forage diet

low in sugar, high in palatability! not as hard as most hay pellets. My seniors can easily chew. They are larger than depicted but none of my horses have an issue

Smells GREAT!

It's a great ration and hay extender. It's been shown that providing some pelleted or cubed forage at meals can help horses with a sensitive gut digest their food

Nice soft pellets

My old guy loves these pellets. They are soft and always smell fresh! I have used the huge pellets they make . And my old guy likes the smaller pellets they make

My old guy loves these pellets. They are soft and always smell fresh! I have used the huge pellets they make . And my old guy likes the smaller pellets they make . The smaller pellets are just easier for horses to eat . The huge ones should be for cows and other livestock that can eat the huge one . They are both fresh and soft . I love that they offer a mixed hay pellet.
