Too thick for a small dog.

I tried to find the thinnest training collar for my 7 pound Chihuahua, but this is still too thick. ( 3/8 inch) Otherwise, I think it seems fine. I have not used it and it still has the tags, so I plan to return it.

Best leash

I use this leash on my 6lb Maltese puppy. Quick and easy to slip over his head. It's soft and pliable. Works well for leash training! I was having difficulty until I got this leash!

Very lightweight and flimsier than I expected

This is not a bad leash, but it was much lighter and flimsier than I expected for a cinching collar. The stiffer collars seem to have a natural "spring" to the material that helps release pressure immediately when the dog stops pulling. This leash is so limp that it doesn't release as quickly as I would like.

Works for what I needed

Durable, good material, easy to adjust and put on quickly, stays on and fairly easy to get off. On negative side: Can sometimes cause my smaller dog (20lbs.) to gag a little if she pulls really hard, but not as badly as cheaper thinner leashes. So it works and I'll keep the 2 I bought for next older pups I'm adopting/training.

Best lead ever!

I love this light weight slip lead for my pomeranian. Easy to handle and the 6 ft length is just right. I have 3 of these leads. I keep one in my bike bag, one in the car and one for everyday. I highly recommend.

Easy-to-use, great for small dogs

This is an easy leash to use on my 13-lb, 13-year old rat terrier. It doesn't get tangled and is easy to put it on Dexter.

Good for small dogs

Ordered the 1/2 inch leash and it was heavy around the neck for our Shih Tzu. But this one was just right. I’ve looked everywhere and Chewy was the only one that had the smaller size. Thank you Chewy!m

Do not purchase

I bought 2 of these and they started fraying 2 weeks into using them. They both snapped and now are useless.

Well made and comfy

But does NOT stop my 14# dog from PULLING very hard on the leash. The purple pattern is nice and the 3/4" diam is perfect for my 15mo female Schnoodle. Unfortunately, my little dog allows her neck to be strangled rather than walk at a normal pace; she is too excited to be outdoors and sniffing squirrels!
