Old recipe was better
The recipe (and packaging) changed a while ago. My cats immediately noticed the change and didn’t eat the new formula. Months later, I thought I’d give it another try, Nope, they still hate it. I wish they would return to the old recipe. I’m not sure why they changed it but I know that my cats don’t like this at all.
Maybe for other cats
Well it looked pretty decent when I opened it. Lots of chunks not watery at all. Unfortunately my cat just took a sniff and turned away, not even trying it. I'm sure some cats would enjoy, just not my brat.
Food option
My adult cats only lick the sauce from this, but the little eat every last bit. I was nervous because of the chunks, but no problem!
Meow Mix sauce
Sunshine prefers the gravy, or liquid. She is eating the sauces instead of the gravy selections, though she would be happier with even more sauce.
Even though it isn't CHICKEN
Coco usually only eats chicken. But this treat was available in turkey and she certainly didn't leave anything on the dish!

My cat loves all of the flavors that I ordered.She eats it all up too the bottom of the cup.

I was hoping they would like this brand, but hardly ate it like the fish one. Hope that one gets back soon.

Tender favorites were my cat's favorite. She used to lick up all the slurry parts. The new version is mostly big chunks and she'll barely touch it. You had a winner and wrecked it meow mix.
Misleading description
IN SAUCE describes a wet food with much moisture, in fact, it is so dry as to be a pate, definitely NOT the wet food my kitty desires
Cat Litter
No problem with the Meow Mix cat food. However, one of the cat litter containers, which was packed in a cardboard box, was open and the litter was scattered all over. Not real happy about that.
