Great taste!
My Kitties think it taste great. Meow Mix changed their foods over time and my Kitties really like the saucy with no chunks and pieces. This one has little tenders, so they do excepted. Because of medications I have to mix in, juicy is great. The old classic ones are the best. I will buy it again.
new formula heartbreak
I know formulas change, but one of our seniors has been eating this for over a decade and refuses to eat any other wet food (my god, I’ve tried) She used to eat the shrimp and blue flavors too, but she has CKD, and they have too high of a phosphorus and sodium content for her. Luckily this didn’t! But now she won’t even touch it, and it’s so important for cats with kidney disease to eat wet food. I’m terrified at what will happen when my little stockpile of it runs out :(
After Initial Interest, Then There was None!
Both my feral and my indoor cats were all over this product the first time presented to them. After that, very little interest. Gave it away to a friend who feeds ferals in my neighborhood. I rated this product with three stars because my cats are SO finicky, it's off the charts; you cannot go by them. I'm sure it's fine.
What happened to the Meow Mix Chicken&Beef & Turkey & Giblets?
My 17 year old kitty, will not touch the new formulas of this wet cat food. This was her absolute favorite. She will not eat any other wet cat food. We have been put in a terrible situation. I am stuck with several cases of this & the Turkey & Giblets. Plus, what is my 17 year old kitty going to eat? What a mess.
So convenient!
My kitty surprisingly loved these, but mostly I loved that they are sooo convenient! It makes clean up such a breeze and gets eaten immediately!
Changed formula
My kitty has been eating this for a couple of years and loved it so I buy a few cases at a time and she stopped eating it and the company said they had changed the formula to make it "taste better" Now I'm stuck with cases of it. They should have left it alone. I've read this same thing by others on other sites as well
Tasty Tenders
This has been a go to in my household after the kitties first tried it out. I love the fact that this is the perfect serving size so that there is no way one is wasteful with the food. The qualify seems pretty good as my cats are pretty weaet of trying new foods and they did not even blink with this one.
Stray Cat Approved! Yum!!!
I feed an outdoor cat still a bit feral and the dry food I usually give her does not entice her like this does. She was so happy to eat this up and even let me pet her. She worked really hard ate every last bit and my only slightly negative thought is to share that the food stuck to the bottom of the container. I used a fork to get it out into her a bowl for her and she ate that too but it would be awesome to not have that extra step so that I don’t have to do extra dishes. :)
My cats love this flavor.
It is great to be able to buy this flavor singly instead of in a box with other flavors. My cats really love this and aren't too fond of anything with chunks in it.
Just the Gravy
My cats preferred eating the gravy verses the actual meat product. They also took preference for the beef and chicken wet food over the seafood choices. The packaging is nice and easy to open and to clean. If only the cats liked it more!
