My cats little it moderately. Not my favorite nor is it theirs. One of my cats chews and eats soft plastic and silicone and the little “treat cage” is a softer plastic so I don’t use it often. I thought it would be harder plastic and safer for him but that’s my fault, not the product. Mentioning it in case anyone needs to know!

product is meant to be batted around like a toy, causing treats to fall out during play. my cat is more like a dog apparently, because she thinks the best way to get the treats out is to grab the treat cage and squeeze it in her mouth as hard as she can. she breaks the treats up into crumbs and then slurps them out with her tongue. it's disgusting, makes a mess, soaks the toy in slobber, and has cracked the plastic cage part of the toy. my cat loves this thing, but there is no way to effectively clean it and she will probably destroy it in another 2-3 uses. not for tough chewers or cats with no patience
