Where is Merricks canned dog food meat sourced from?

Merrick crafts their recipes with the freshest, highest quality ingredients available. Most of Merrick's ingredients come from the USA, however, in certain circumstances some ingredients may be sourced from China due to availability. Each and every ingredient must meet Merrick's own rigorous quality standards. Ingredients are tested upon arrival, samples are tested throughout production, and all pet food is tested before they release it for sale.

Disappointed

This is the second case of the Colossal Chicken dinner that appears to have mold on the chicken pieces. The case was well within the expiration date. It's too expensive

Trust the quality and my dogs love it.

I chose to patronize Merrick in 2007 after so many animals were dying using another "holistic" popular brand. Come to find out, that other company was no longer

I chose to patronize Merrick in 2007 after so many animals were dying using another "holistic" popular brand. Come to find out, that other company was no longer a family owned company and under the new ownership, obtained many ingredients from other countries that started adding various toxins that falsely boosted the protein count. At that time, Merrick advertised that they were a small, private owned company and all ingredients were obtained from the USA. They specifically stated on their website that they obtained NO ingredients from the particular country that I refuse to allow my dogs to eat anything they make. My dogs normally eat the dry version, however, I also buy the canned as treats for holidays and birthdays or sometimes just because. They love it and I feel safe allowing them to eat the Merrick brand.

Too much liquid/gravy

Love merrick just not this one. Too much gravy and not alot of food in it. Its just not a good value due to all the liquid/gravy

Sloppy packing/cans broke

Don’t know what’s happening to chewy. First they fail to inform auto shipment is coming. They used to before. And I always receive at least 10 pct of my cans dented

Don’t know what’s happening to chewy. First they fail to inform auto shipment is coming. They used to before. And I always receive at least 10 pct of my cans dented. I buy a lot at once so they think it’s easy to hide. This time can broke the whole case is a mess and mold is growing. And of course I have the other dented cans to deal with. They shipped these without protective boxes over them.
