HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
If you have a 9 week old puppy, do NOT think this will be good for them. My puppy escaped this in less than 30 minutes. whoever thought to make this with wooden dowel rods needs a new job doing something that doesn't require brain cells. cannot believe i purchased this and it was completely worthless in less than 30 minutes. What a waste of money!
Very nice piece
Let me begin with this is a very nice piece and looks nothing like a dog crate when set up in a room. Very easy to put together, I alone did it in one afternoon, the lifting was a bit tough but it happened easily. However, this was to be used for 3 Papillon puppies, teethingpuppies I should add, and in less than 3 hours they chewed through the bars and roamed free. So now I am upgrading to one with metal bars! But this is definitely a good purchase for non-teething dogs.
Great Purchase
We bought this kennel for our small sheltie to place in our bedroom. It matches the furniture beautifully and looks great. Belle loves this kennel and has plenty of room to move around. It is sturdy and we love the multiple options of doors. Highly recommend if you are looking for a kennel that will add charm to your room.
Good quality
Easy to assemble and heavy duty. Disappointed to see there is no floor & just a tray. Pup legs and tail stick out the side as its only a weak magnet trip piece covering tray opening.
Not made well
We fell in love with this crate. I did read a couple of reviews that were negative about dogs getting out of it. Well, our little one destroyed the dowels and was able to jump out while we were not home. Luckily, he is ok. Why is it such a fantastic build aside from the dowels on the doors? They should be made of a better material if my dog, with very little teeth, got right through it. Unacceptable.
Awesome crate for all dogs
This crate is great! Love the fouls door and single door. The single door can be placed on either side to fit every space. The slide out tray is cool for some. My dog doesnt need it. But it hind his crate lad nicely! Easy to assemble and sturdy. Looks beautiful
Nice Crate
This crate was the most well packed item I've received in a very long time! Not one ding or scratch on the whole thing! It came with all pieces and parts numbered or alphabetized. Only draw back so far as I'm still putting together is no written directions, just pictures which aren't the most explanatory. I had to go back to the original pictures on the chewy site to see how the latches on the two doors were installed since there are no predrilled holes on one side to install the latch correctly. Directions also state no power tools which requires using a Phillips head screwdriver for everything. I'm 73 and doing it by myself which is doable but having two would be more helpful for sure.
Even better than expected
I was scared to buy this after reading negative reviews. I ordered it anyway and I love it. This is a really nice looking piece, just like in the pictures. The unit itself is very sturdy, very good quality and looks really, really nice - like a piece of furniture. It looks much better than the wire crates and couldn't be better for the price. I'm getting another for my other doggie. I'm surprised people had negative things to say about this piece. I can't imagine how this could disappoint.

This was a total waste of my money!! My dog chewed through the bars and was out of the crate in less than 30 min . Why would anyone build a dog crate with wooden bars???? It was totally ruined in 30 min. of use, a giant waste of my money!!!!!
Do not order These
My Dogs 2 Chewed their way right thru this crate. little yorkie pups one was 3 1/2 pounds the other 4 1/2 So after a month with 2 puppies they are useless. I did see new modified with wires doors.
