This litter functions well. Clumps for easy scooping. The price point is very high. I would need at least 2 to 3 bags to fill my cat box. Changing that a few times a month would add up so quickly. I typically use pine pellets as they're way more cost effective. The lemon scent would also not be something I'm drawn to but it did seem to help with odors.

I previously was using the Michu tofu for regular litter boxes but decided to get an automatic one this year. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and it is amazing. I love is gentle on the paws and non toxic. One thing I do to make it work better is to delay the automatic cleaning by 5 mnts to help absorb everything before the cycle starts.

The clumping litter lived up to it's performance as advertised. I am rating 4/5 due to the fact the litter would occasionally be tracked around my apartment and it isn't affordable for the quantity compared to other litters- but this isn't a a fault of the actual litter at all. I used this litter mixed in with my usual brand and performance worked great; however, it fell short when it came to masking the odors of stinky poos. If your cat has regular bowel movements that aren't overly stinky and doesn't mind the feel of finer grained litter, then Michu's litter would be perfect for you! :)

I have 10 cats and they are very fussy with their litter boxes. To avoid them not using the litter box, I mixed the bag with their usual litter, once it needed a refill. The climbed in immediately and had not problem using it. It is the best clumping litter I have ever come across. Clumps hard as stone, easy to remove, and does not stick to the litter box. Tracking is minimal, and no dust. The only drawback for me is that the bags are so small. One bag is enough to fill the litter box once, and I like to clean my boxes twice daily and refill. For folks with one or 2 cats if would be perfect.

I will say upfront that they are absolutely right, this should never be used in a normal litter box. In a pinch, had to for a day, it was a nightmare. However, even with 5 cats who agree to use it, 1 of these bags can surpass a month at a time in an automatic box. How?!?! I really don't get it. It works truly very, very well. Even in the one I have that I only keep on manual out of safety concerns, even if I just run it once per day it still only clumps what it needs to and lasts a LONG time. But in regular boxes it is just really gross, and clings to the box. Just awful and hard to clean. The next time there's the b100g30 sale I'll get more of these, just ran out after my recent order and I'd like to swap another of our auto boxes to it permanently (currently only 1/3 use it full-time, the others are still on clay). It also smells great, that is to say that it doesn't smell at all once soiled. At least, not to me. Can't say that with clay, or even tofu.

I only used this mixed in with my regular tofu pellet litter, but I was mostly happy with it. I didn't notice any tracking (although i'm sure if it was used alone it would be a different story). I wasn't paying attention when I picked it and was unhappy that it was scented, but that's my own fault! Straight from the box it's VERY strong, but once it's in the box the smell dissipates.

I have 4 cats and automatic litter boxes for them. I wanted to try the litter so I only put in 1 of the boxes. So far, it’s not sticking to the box, had good order control and the cats like it. I’m not seeing the litter tracked around the house like the clumping litter I find sometimes. The cats all started using the 1 box with the new litter rather than the other boxes so it looks like when I’m done with my old litter, this will be replacing it.

This litter does a very good job clumping. The scent is certainly a little different smelling than your standard cat litter, but maybe that helps mask smell a bit
