A WELL-BALANCED DIET:
Koi will eat almost anything humans will eat. Classified as “omnivores,” they will eat foods which are derived from plants and animals. It is important that your koi is fed a daily diet that is well balanced.
6 ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS:
Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water are included in all MICROBE-LIFT Foods, providing your koi with body heat, energy, growth material and a strong immune system.
STABILIZED VITAMIN C:
Vitamin C deficiency is a common problem in koi fish. Vitamin C is necessary to metabolize collagen for bones and joints. Each formula is rich in long-lasting stabilized vitamin C.
GUT HEALTH:
Koi are ravenous feeders, eating a lot of food in short periods. They have no stomach, so you should feed them at least 2x a day, morning and evening. Smaller feedings more often is the preferred method.
PRIMARY & SUPPLEMENTAL FOODS:
Like humans, koi get bored eating the same food every day if it’s not to their standards. It’s suggested to choose a minimum of one primary and one supplemental food to encourage variety, so they don’t get bored.

great food
this is a great food if youre not sure what to feed them. I personally like it as my first real feeding of the year. its a good blend to cover all bases. as it gets warmer I like to switch a more protein based food by the same brand. the Montmorillonite Clay part is important in early summer and spring feedings, helps boost the fishes health after winter down time. and the rest is just good stuff your fish will love to eat. I have monster sized fish and wish they made a huge bite sized kibble. but the seem to have no problem "hoovering" up the bits. my water stays clear and I dont get extra waste issues with this brand. if you store your food outside, its in a dark container to help with sun. I like to keep the feed in a covered area out of sun myself.

Left film on water, fish did not like, made mess
I bought this thinking it would be a healthier option for my koi/goldfish and my tank. First off it leaves an oily film on top of the water. The fish were not excited to eat this and there was a ton of waste. My filters were disgusting. Would not recommend. Maybe the birds will eat it.
The goldfish is loving it
I have never seen a fish so excited to eat! The colors and growth has been second to none. I would recommend this food to anyone!

I put a little in my pond for around 30 gold fish and 5 koi and they really ate it faster then other kinds of food I bought and it’s not to tiny glad I bought this but it’s in a small container and will run out fast so would be nice if it had a big bucket size and less price would be nice too haha
