I'm pleased with the product, BUT, when I initially tried to order it at a much lower price, it was out of stock. When I was notified that it was back in stock a couple of weeks later, it was $ 20.00 more. So I ordered it over the phone, and asked about the increase, and the Customer Service Rep, said she'd give me $10.00 off, which I didn't get. We've been ordering our dog food from Chewy for a while now, so I was disappointed, but will remain a customer, as your costs and variety of products is good.
