No Refund??
While unfolding the crate during assembly, the first two steps unfolded fine, however there is a hook on either the door or the back of the crate that is stuck on the other; it appears to be off center and cannot be budged without force greater than the strong doggie owner. I'm being told it is not a returnable item. WOOF!

This crate it excellent, collapsible, the bedding that comes with it is soft and comfortable for my new puppy. I would highly recommend this crate.
Great Crate
These crates are really great. They allow the animal to see what is going on around them and still feel part of the community. Even better, they fold completely flat for easy storage or for taking on a trip to visit family or friends. I have had these crates for several sizes of dogs and would not buy anything else.
Dog Crate with plush mat
It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to put together. The cushion is great! Unfortunately, our dog hasn't taken to it as she is older and not been caged.

Great for small dogs
Love that this included a soft cushion for our recently adopted small dog. The divider would be great for a growing puppy. Would buy again. Also got the time out cover to create a dark den.

My puppy seems to like the kennel. she goes in willingly and doesn't mind it at all. the padding is thick and nice.
CHEWERS BEWARE!!
This is a great little crate EXCEPT for the fact that the tray latch on ours was so loose that the first time we left our little munchkin alone in it, she was able to flip it down/open with her snout. Then the tray was loose and available for her chopping needs. (2 design flaws: 1-dimensions of tray & 2- locking latch) The plastic broke off shattered into smaller pieces as she tried to bite into it. We are lucky we didn’t have a hefty emergency surgery bill. If you are sure your dog will not chew the black tray, then this is a great deal. PLEASE! If you have a PUPPY, DO NOT BUY!
