Rusted straight out of box
I purchased this crate for my Shih Tzu and was so excited when I received it today. However, I pulled it out of the box and it was rusted on the bars and hinges. Now I have to find out how to return exchange etc
Baby loves it!
Nobody puts baby in the corner, unless it’s inside this crate! LOL. He loves his blue crate, and I do too! I love the beautiful blue shade, the sturdiness, and most importantly, portability! I just got a new rescue puppy, my first ever! And I was incredibly nervous, to say the least. When I received my order, there was a bit of an issue. However, within minutes Chewy representatives quickly assisted me, empathizing with my worries, and providing the quickest, most pain-free solution. EVER!
bought for travel
I bought this since ours is getting rusty and difficult to fold and unfold. We live in a hurricane zone and I plan to use this for evacuations. It’s very well constructed, light weight, and perfect for what I bought it for. It would be much easier to fold this and go then to haul his old crate out, which no longer folds, and try to get it in and out of the car.

Great crate
This crate is lovely, very sturdy and a beautiful color. It's way too big for my dog but that's okay, it has a divider that is helping a lot with potty/crate training. My niece bought the pink one!

Beautiful blue
Beautiful blue crate however, it has a defect that won’t allow us to put it up because the wire hook to keep crate up was welded up to high. Therefore the crate is basically useless and too risky to use.
