This product is machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle and air drying.

Can I use this mat with the crate divider?

We recommend you measure the distance from the bottom of the divider to the pan and then compare the dimensions of this 18- inch crate mat (17 x 11 x 1.5 inches) to determine if it will fit. If the mat is too thick it may not fit with a divider in place.

It was comfy, he was happy to have something in his crate but it 'mysteriously exploded' within days. Thats odin's fault not the companies. Ive even bought 'indestructible'

A little warm

This is our second crate mat. This one seems to hold heat a little more than our first one. It is not good for anxious chewers, but does seem to be comfortable

Agent went above & beyond!

I initially ordered a smaller size pad/mat &, upon receipt, found that it was too small. It was smaller than the website described. I had the name of the agent,

I initially ordered a smaller size pad/mat &, upon receipt, found that it was too small. It was smaller than the website described. I had the name of the agent, but have since lost it. She gave me a discount on the larger pads and on shipping! A few days after receiving the new, bigger pads, I got an unexpected surpries...a package with a tin/metal coffee mug, 2 honey straws, and calming tea!! I suppose my 'stress level' amplified over the phone & she picked up on it. The 'surprise' put a huge smile on my face and in my place in my heart. THAT is what customer service used to be like, and I hope it returns! Love Chewy!! *so do the dog & cat!
