WRONG SIZE ON LABEL
How many poor reviews before Chewy corrects the problem? The manufacturer label reads 24x18. It is wrong. This is unfair to the customer that Chewy did not address this problem with these poor reviews or phone calls from dissatisfied customers. It is only 20x14. Now, I have to return the 8 mats that I bought and wait for a refund. Do not buy these mats.
Great mat or crate mat
For the sale price & compared to all others I looked at, I decided to purchase 2 of these for my 6 lb. pom's crate. I was surprised how sturdy & well made it was for the price & very happy this was the choice I made. Bijoux absolutely loved it! He gets so excited when he gets a new rug or mat & loved them!
Terrible, don't buy
The "24x18" is 21x15 with the most generous measuring I could do. Nowhere near what's advertised. And don't bother just ordering one size up, the next size is the 32'' so there's no winning. I wanted to return the item because I thought it was mislabeled and I had accidentally been sent the 21x15 bed. Customer service sent me a new one (customer service was amazing, as always, no complaints there), but the new one was exactly the same so this is just mis-advertised.
Smaller than described
These Mats are about 2 inches smaller all around.. Too bad, as otherwise they seem good. Although I haven't washed them yet.
Nice crate/bed
Got this for my kittens to lay in. They love it. So does the mom! Nice and soft. Have not washed it yet, so dont know about that. But so far I like the bed.

glad I purchased this item, fit my large dog crate like a glove and my fur baby loves it.
Eskie loves snuggle bed!
This little bed is soft and cozy. Even though it’s a little too long for Snowy’s crate, my little girl prefers it over a crate mat—I think because it has the small booster around it. She feels safer when a snuggle bed like this is totally around her. Haven’t washed it yet but doubt I’llNeed to change my rating
Affordable quality dog bed
Affordable quality dog bed. It fits in my dogs kennel perfectly. The bed washes up great and keeps its shape. The only thing I don’t love is the color.
Super comfy
My dog loves this in his crate. It’s nice that it has the sides to cradle him. It washes well too.
Well made and comfy
Even though I bought these for their carriers when I take them to the vet, as soon as I open the package, they jump in and take a nap.
