MidWest QuietTime Defender Orthopedic Bolster Cat & Dog Bed w/Removable Cover, Gray

I purchased 2 beds for each of my pups TWICE. My dogs love these beds. I have an Aussie & a mini Aussie. Unfortunately the sides started to really wear after about a year or so. I purchased 2 new to replace, I loved them so much. To me this is normal wear & tear, especially since my senior pup practically lives in her bed. Super easy to take cover off & throw in the wash, I wash about every other week & they always look clean. I also dry on low, which isn’t recommended, but works for me. I kept the covers from the first set I bought, they’re still in great condition. I will buy again once the sides wear on the ones I now have. I hope Chewy keeps these in stock forever. I actually bought this bed for my very spoiled kitty who wore out one of his memory foam beds. The Bed is nice and roomy , and the pattern is neutral and fits well in the house. I also like the removable cover which has been easy to unzip and wash. My biggest issue was the lack of cushion. Although soft , even my 10lb cat sinks right down to the floor in it with little support. I’m not sure how supportive it could be for a larger dog. That said the bed has still been a big hit with my cats !

This is my second one of these. I bought the bigger one first (have 3 large dogs 135 pound English lab German Shepherd and lab mix) and it was huge... even my biggest one had 10 inches of open space (they cuddle heads into the sides). This one (the 35 inch one) fits all three of them perfect. I took them off to wash them and it was a breeze to get back on and they washed well. The dogs love how high the sides are. It’s not super thick, it is like an egg crate mattress topper and same type material on sides. So if looking for an arthritic dog this will not prevent pressure points (the big barker is great for that) but all of mine love them.

My dog hasn't cared too much for flat cushion type beds so we decided to try one with bolsters. She loves it so much. The sides come up to a nice height for her to lean against and the lower portion is great for exiting and entering. It has held up well so far. The pad is thin, so not very squishy, but I imagine it is great for older dogs or ones who have mobility issues. Definitely a good quality bed, though a but pricier. My pit is 55 lbs and the large is a great size!

I ordered this bed for my 2 year old 8 lb toy poodle Lola. She seems to like it! I think she really enjoys the "walls" of the bed. Very roomy as you can see in the picture. I like that you can remove cover to wash.

Our Boykin Spaniel rescue usually chews up every bed he gets. I didn't expect this one to last, but he seems to really love it. The eggcrate foam must be very comfortable because he curls up and puts his head on the bolster as soon as he steps in. This was suppose to be a daytime bed for our downstairs family room, but I may have to order another for nighttime.

I have a Border Collie Mix who loves to nest in this bed. I bought it for that reason PLUS it is an orthopedic bed which is thick and comfy. She is a 12 year old dog and loves this bed. Good purchase.

I had this bed for 3 weeks and my 11 week old lab figured out how to unzip it and rip the bed. I ended up throwing it away because he also chewed the zipper breaking it.

My Rott just had ACL surgery so I was looking for something with a lot of padding like my existing bed. This one is large, but the bottom of it is maybe 1.5 inches thinks. It will do.

Now that I’m working from home, needed an extra bed for my office so the dog didn’t have to be in my lap all day! This one was the perfect shape, size and color and was, of course, affordable. My chihuahua loves it and isn’t that really what matters? Thanks, Chewy!
