I have two Chihuahua, each 7 lb. Wondering if this leash or hook is too large? And just how reflective is the leash? It is just the center threads that are reflective?

This leash is compatible with all size dogs. The highly reflective thread runs the length of the leash to help increasing your nighttime visibility.

So it says for dog up to 100 lbs. Does that mean separate or total together? Will it be okay with an 85 lbs and 60 lbs dogs?

This leash could be used for a single dog with a double attachment harness. Each leash is adjustable and can be changed to an appropriate length to easily attach to both front and rear D-rings.

I have 2 Pitmix puppies that need to wear Prong Collars. Can I still use the Double Dog leash while using the Prong Collar?

This double leash is not recommended for use with prong collars.

It is a pretty heavy duty dual leash. My dogs are 25 lbs each.15” tall. I wish this came in a weight that was more conducive to smaller dogs instead of big strong

I was hoping to use this as a training tool for my large breed dog and my new puppy large breed. It’s not going to workfor that purpose, but it’s definitely very heavy duty and durable and I’m sure we will use it at some point in their lifetime. One reason I like to use tandem connectors is when I take my dogs into a business with me. It allows me to have more control. The only reason I give this four stars is that it’s a little long to accomplish but may be perfect for using for a hike or walk

Might as well hook two dogs to one leash if that’s what you’re looking for lol Horribly built and should not be sold anywhere

So much easier to walk two dogs!

I tried walking my two small dogs at the local county park, and it was such a strain on my arms and back with each being on their own leash and pulling in different

I tried walking my two small dogs at the local county park, and it was such a strain on my arms and back with each being on their own leash and pulling in different directions. Plus they were getting tangled ALL THE TIME. Once I used this double dog leash, it became so easy to walk them both! They don't get tangled AT ALL and I only have to hold one leash instead of two. My one dog does walk a bit faster than the other, which leads to some pulling on the slower dog, but I'm sure with some training and practice we'll get it figured out.

my dogs hated it

a great quality product, but not the right fit for my dogs who have verrrrry different interests on walkies. we ended up getting the "Wigzi Dual Doggie Retractable

a great quality product, but not the right fit for my dogs who have verrrrry different interests on walkies. we ended up getting the "Wigzi Dual Doggie Retractable Dog Leash" (also from chewy) which was way better for my dogs. I can have one leash in my hand AND they can have independent walk experiences. I am sure this Might Paw product works well for lots of dogs, just not mine.

It's so durable!

The splitter makes our walks so much easier. I can now walk both the dogs on the same leash and I never have to worry about them getting tangled. The item is reflective

The splitter makes our walks so much easier. I can now walk both the dogs on the same leash and I never have to worry about them getting tangled. The item is reflective and all parts of it including the metal clips feel incredibly sturdy. I don't worry about either of my dogs breaking lose.

Dogs are adjusting and happy

Older dog is slow and younger is fast. When I’m in the middle they would be frustrated. With the dual leash they compromise and work it out.
