I wish I found this sooner! We’ve been using a rounded rope leash and of course it causes rope burn. This leash is well made, with padded handles. Perfect for our 65lb husky malamute that sometimes pull. Great price and comes with free poopy bags and holder. Glad I didn’t buy another $50 leash elsewhere.

Doesn't stay clipped to collar

My dog wears a pinch collar, and when she shakes (like when wet) to make the collar slide down lower on her neck, the leash becomes unattached from the collar.

My dog wears a pinch collar, and when she shakes (like when wet) to make the collar slide down lower on her neck, the leash becomes unattached from the collar. Luckily, so far she hasn't run off and returned to me when I called to her. This has happened more than half a dozen times. I'm concerned that it will become unattached and she'll step into traffic before I can stop her. I don't understand how this keeps happening because it has a standard clip as are found on other leashes. But what I do like about the 4 ft leash is that the second handle is at the perfect height for me to easily grab, when needed.

I've tried so many leashes with different dogs, but this one is my favorite. Its a great lenght, love the added handle if I need to keep the dog extra close.

I liked the padded handles at the end, and on the traffic leash. The poop bag placement was somewhat inconvenient, in that when I have to shorten the leash, it bangs on the ground, and will obviously not withstand that indefinitely. I like the reflective strips, and the sturdiness of the leash. However, the edges are, in fact, very painful on my fingers when I have to hold a length of the leash. Others are sewn, but this seems to have raw edges that have actually cut my finger when my (new/not yet trained) dog pulls and I have to rein him in.

Two dogs, bought two leashes. We often walk at night and the reflective striping is excellent, although I wish it were on both side of the leash (it is only on the “top” handle side). The materials and construction are strong and supple (not stiff like my other leashes), and the neoprene padding inside the two grips is super comfy. The middle grip makes the center of the leash drop toward the ground and it will drag if your dog doesn’t maintain distance, but that’s true of all double-grips. Superb price - recommended.
