He'll just stand out in the back yard and stare at the neighbor's door, hoping that sweet dog will come out, so that he can bark at him! "Come, Charlie" falls on deaf or stubborn ears but I'm giving this leash and a prong collar the old college try to teach my old dog a trick he's apparently forgotten how to do...

It is a good leash as long as you don't accidentally drop it on the road. Then, its retractive feature gets mess up instantly. Leash gets locked once you drop and
