DO NOT BUY THIS COLLAR

THE METAL CLASP IS DIFFICULT TO CLICK TOGETHER AND EVEN HARD TO REMOVE. THE TABS ON EITHER SIDE YOU PUSH TO RELEASE THE COLLAR ARE TOO SMALL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO PUSH

HAD TO USE PLIERS TO GET IT TO RELEASE. ALSO THE ENGRAVING ON THE METAL CLASP IS NICE BUT WAY TO SMALL FOR SOME TO SEE IF THEY FIND YOUR DOG. HAVE THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ON THE ACTUAL COLLAR SO IT CAN BE EASILY SEEN IS MUCH, MUCH, MUCH PREFERED. THIS IS MY FINDINGS AND OPINION

BAIT tactic, it does not look like the pic nor fit the description

Don’t bother purchasing. Im writing this review in hopes of saving someone from a disappointment. Smaller than expected, engraving is too light, priced too high

Don’t bother purchasing. Im writing this review in hopes of saving someone from a disappointment. Smaller than expected, engraving is too light, priced too high for what I received. The description and photos do not match what you get. You cant return since its personalized so they bait you in to get your money for a product you’ll never use. I cant donate to a shelter because of our phone #’s.
