This Recovery & Detoxification Superfood supplement is specially formulated to aid in recovery from surgery and help any dogs or cats in continually poor health or with ongoing medical issues, so it is suitable for daily use. Remember when beginning your pet on any new food or supplement, start with small amounts working up to the daily dose over the course of 2-3 weeks.

Delivered excessively hot, after delivery delay, and gave my dog diarrhea

This and a bag of dog food were delivered burning hot, even though I brought the order inside immediately. I suspect FedEx Palm Springs let the box sit loaded inside

This and a bag of dog food were delivered burning hot, even though I brought the order inside immediately. I suspect FedEx Palm Springs let the box sit loaded inside the delivery truck all weekend, when the delivery was delayed. Palm Springs is 120 degrees, and the loaded truck would be even hotter all weekend. I immediately put the Missing Link in the refrigerator. I gave my dog the recommended serving amount, and she had massive diarrhea in her crate that night. I suspect the heat spoiled something inside the bag, since it sat in a hot delivery truck all weekend, so it didn't matter if I refrigerated it immediately upon delivery. I have not had bad luck with other Missing Link products like this. Too bad this was a fail, the first time I tried this particular product.
