All of The Missing Link powder supplements are intended for long-term use, appropriate for the life of the pet. The only one that could be the exception is the Veterinary Recovery and Detoxification Formula, which was created to help heal post-surgery or aid prolonged illnesses, and should be used under direction of a vet.

How many doses in the package?

Depending on the weight of your dog, will determine how long each size available will last. Each 1pound container of The Missing Link original formulas contain approximately 170 servings at 1 teaspoon per serving or 56 servings at 1 tablespoon per serving. (Note: 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons.)

To be fair. I think this could be a good product.But it is not at all suitable for dogs that have an intolerance towards a high fat diet so please be careful when

To be fair. I think this could be a good product.But it is not at all suitable for dogs that have an intolerance towards a high fat diet so please be careful when giving it to your dog. To compare, most regular dry dog foods only have no more than 17% fat.And this product has 28% fat, so it is a big difference.Especially especially for just being something supplemental that you sprinkle on your dog's food. I understand. This is likely due to the omega 3s and 6s, which are generally good for dogs and especially their coats, but not for all dogs, namely those who cannot do well with high-fat.
