We’ve been away for the last few months and we received this a while ago. About two weeks ago I started giving it to little Shiloh our 9ln Maltese and he comes running when he hears me prepping it. I don’t know if you could see from the pictures, but it actually looks like steak when you hydrate it and cut it up. it doesn’t look like it has any yucky filler in it at all. Next we have to have our Aussie try it next time she comes over because she’s with my son now

Ok I got these to try on my 6 little dogs ranging from 4 to 12 pounds. I didn’t realize these treats are big and really, really hard. They have little mouths and little teeth but I’m sure they would have loved them. I will be giving the bag to my son for his dog. I’d still love to reveiw but it’s gonna have to be small treats that are easy to break. Sorry I can’t give you a review on this product but will want to review different ones that are right for my fur kids. Thank you.

Zuki will tell you that this dog food tastes great and that she gobbles it down. However, I am not a fan. 1st the bag indicates that I should be feeding my dog 12 of the hockey puck sized patties per day. This sized bag holds about 2 and a half servings for my dog. 2nd You are supposed to break up the patty...dry this is a huge mess of raw meat particles everywhere. 3rd wet, well for some reason the patty doesn't absorb the water very well. I have tried soaking the patties all day and still end up with dry parts in the middle...but hey! It holds its shape! It is very messy, remember this is raw. I do appreciate that this raw diet is easy to store and seems easily digestible for my dog. I rated this product a 3 because my dog really enjoys it.

Zuki and mom here: (I received this product as a promotion) I figured out how to break up the food pucks without getting fine puck particles all over the place. I put the puck on my cutting board and using a knife cut it with the blade tip on the board and slowly lower the blade through the puck. Doing this, I'm able to cut the puck into small bits that help it to soak up the water better. Zuki would probably chomp down the pucks whole if I let her, but I like to make sure she gets enough water with them.

My lab is an extremely picky eater, and it's difficult to find one he sticks with. This one he's been more than happy with so far. The bag is a lot larger than expected, and the pieces are easily breakable to mix in with dry food or to give a piece as a treat. And the pumpkin is great for his tummy.

She isn’t always excited for her kibble so this definitely got her interested. I liked the very basic and clean ingredients and it didn’t cause my dog any tummy upset.

Both of my dogs are gaga for this one. No matter where they are in the house if I start breaking up one of these patties they come running. The smell of fresh beef fills the kitchen with the addition of hot water. My Boston Terrier has a sensitive tummy but had no reaction to this, no gas either! The Papillon also loved this and the introduction to his meals was smooth. I think this will be a staple in our pantry.
