Not Very Sturdy

So this bed was order because I liked that it says it has a removable cover... kinda deceptive. It came from CA so it was a longer delivery and then was late on

So this bed was order because I liked that it says it has a removable cover... kinda deceptive. It came from CA so it was a longer delivery and then was late on top of that by 2 days. Upon opening, I realized I was sent a puzzle to assemble. Is it a bed with a removable cover for washing? Not quite. The base is not removable and the cover for the rest is all attached as one piece while the front, back and two side are slipped in and zipped. As big as it is, I would not recommend if you need to wash and don't have an open washer. It is also kinda floppy since itis pieced together so oddly. My ferret loves it but I would probably find something else for a bigger critter.

I started putting the bed together and immediately noticed how poor the quality is. The fabric had loose strands and was coming apart at the corners simply as I was gently zipping up the fluff pieces into the bed. It's basically a thin piece of fabric with a few weak zippers (one of which broke immediately) and four fluff inserts. I would be satisfied with the dog bed if the price was $10-20 max -- but the listing price is $72.99 (I got it for $66 because of cyber monday deals). The good news is that Chewy was super helpful and understanding (thanks Brooke P.!) and they issued me a refund.

Gorgeous and soft

This is a large bed for my 42 pound terrier mix who's a little longer than most. I could've done a medium I think, ha. This is pretty large and comfy for the dog
