Smells crazy and doesn't work

We have 6 cats. Several are seniors, so we use a lot of cat-safe cleaning products. That is what prompted me to try this product. It arrived inside a large box along with 2 cases of cat food. It was packaged inside a sealed plastic bag, but it had somehow leaked into the shipping box all over everything. It did smell nice, but strong if you use a lot. I contacted Chewy, and they kindly sent a replacement. Would you believe the same thing happened, but this time it didn't leak into the box. I texted Chewy and they offered a refund, which I accepted. I told them this might be a defect in the bottle. They said they'd forward it to their shipping department. I used a few squirts to clean up cat pee and it did kill the odor. I might buy this again, but not online.

This stuff smells really good and I haven’t used it yet, but I was wondering why the box was all wet I thought maybe it was because of my sprinklers because we had them on, but it turned out. It wasn’t the sprinklers outside. It was the bottle that had this liquid in. It is filled all over the box and there is only a tiny bit in it. It smells good and I haven’t used it yet, but might as well use the rest of it.

If you have allergies, do not buy this product. The smell is so strong, it immediately gave me an asthma attack. The smell permeated all the other products that
