Too Difficult to Operate
There doesn't seem to be quality control on the manufacture of this product. I ordered 2 gates. It took a half hour to open one, and it is impossible to adjust to
There doesn't seem to be quality control on the manufacture of this product. I ordered 2 gates. It took a half hour to open one, and it is impossible to adjust to the proper width. Upon closer inspection, the spacing of the bracket on the arm was rubbing against the wood. The other opened fine, but when trying to adjust the width, the pieces separated. I will be returning both.
