What is the ash content of the canned chicken & green pea formula food?

This recipe has an ash content of 2.78% on an as-fed basis and 11.62% on a dry matter basis.

It says this food is "limited ingredient" focused on chicken, yet I see "salmon oil"... Does Salmon Oil count as fish?

This food only contains chicken protein. It does contain salmon oil for its many health benefits however, it does not contain any salmon protein.

Is the "natural flavor" derived from yeast in any way? My kitty cannot tolerate yeast in his diet.

The natural flavor is derived from a hydrolyzed vegetable protein source. However it is manufactured in a building where yeast is present. Although there is no yeast in this product.

How long can I safety refrigerate, the can covered with a plastic lid??

My Cats Really like this food

I have 5 cats and 4 out of the 5 really like this food. It smells good and they love chicken. The one cat that doesn't like it is very persnickety on all foods,

I have 5 cats and 4 out of the 5 really like this food. It smells good and they love chicken. The one cat that doesn't like it is very persnickety on all foods, one day he likes it the next he doesn't. My cats ages are from 3 to 9 years old male and female and none of them have had any digestive issues with this food. I give my cats dry food throughout the day, and each cat gets a 1/4 of a can of wet food twice a day. The food has a thick consistency it is pastier after it is refrigerated which I like because I have one guy that likes to eat his food and everyone else's if he's not watched, I can smear his on a plate and it takes him longer to eat it. This is definitely a winner with most of my cats I will definitely be buying again.
