Expired, Expired, Expired!

Received the two packs of bully sticks that I ordered. Problem was, both had expired several months prior. Called Chewy, and they gave me the option of replacement

Received the two packs of bully sticks that I ordered. Problem was, both had expired several months prior. Called Chewy, and they gave me the option of replacement or money back....I chose replacement, because surely this wouldn't happen again with a top selling product! Chewy sent 2 more packages, 1 wasn't even the right product and it was expired as well. Where is the quallity control in the warehouse?? It was reported the first time that the product (lot numer given) was expired. Obviously they are hoping pet owners do not check expiration dates.

Good safe treat

This treat is a great reward for my dog. Its safe and easy for her to chew. Its also easily digested . I do keep an eye on her when she's eating it just in case

A word of caution

We have been ordering this brand and size Bully stick from this company for about 5 months now, but not from Chewy. Our pup loves these things! They are no odor

We have been ordering this brand and size Bully stick from this company for about 5 months now, but not from Chewy. Our pup loves these things! They are no odor which we love too. BUT they are pricey so we thought we could save some $ by using Chewy. Opened the bag and our pup doesn’t seem to like them. He sniffs and then walks away for about 3/4 of the sticks in the bag. So maybe they are stale or a bad bag? Idk but something is off. And a shame because they aren’t cheap.
