My dog’s Secret Weapon

My dog is very shy and afraid of other people, especially when they enter our home. Whenever we have guests that he is unfamiliar with or only a little familiar

My dog is very shy and afraid of other people, especially when they enter our home. Whenever we have guests that he is unfamiliar with or only a little familiar with, I give him a bully stick and let him chew on it for a while until he is feeling relaxed and comfortable. This has helped him tremendously!! Also, when the stick gets down to about 3 inches, I trade the stick for a high reward treat (like some freeze dried fish), so that he doesn’t choke on the stick. Please be careful and always be with your dog when they eat treats like this one :)
