The ORIJEN Amazing Grains Regional Red formula contains 18% carbohydrates as fed, or 20% on a dry matter basis. As this diet is brand new, ORIJEN doesn't have the full typical analysis available quite yet. This means we cannot provide the typical sodium value at this time.

I was good shopping for awhile for my intact male Belgian Malinois because finding a food that keeps his weight in is hard! We were originally on Open Farm but he was loosing weight fast and I had to feed him like six cups to maintain his weight which was a ridiculous amount of food. Found another food that we thought for sure was a winner but found out he’s allergic to chicken and they only make it in chicken. So this was my third times a charm and he loves it! It’s high calorie and high protein which means it’s not for the everyday dog but if yours is a high energy dog where he burns calories by just running around in the back yard, not counting the sports he’s in. This bag is a good one! He has higher energy. His muscles look incredible. No more signs of allergies. Coat looks amazing. Definitely recommend. I’ve always loved this brand but never got them because they are grain free but now with this like introducing grains we're on board! I’ve attached a before and after of Ghost

We cook for our German shepherd in the evenings. Grass fed Beef, wild caught fish mostly with a couple organically grown vegetables added, such as spinach, broccoli, carrots, kale, celery or sweet potato. The Orijen is about 1/2 portion of her evening meal. She’s always eaten Six Fish and Regional Red. She likes Amazing grains Red. Morning meals are a combination of Ziwi air-dried tripe& lamb and joint fresh recipe Food Just For Dogs. Using a variety of foods makes us feel we are providing balance, interest and not limiting or building up in one food’s ingredients every day. Orijen has always been part of our dog’s diet. We feel it is one of the highest quality dry food out there. We would like to suggest you cutting back on the legumes in the recipe, which are the common ingredient consumed in dogs either DCM. The grain free theory is fisproven.

Didn’t work for either of my pups

Made both my pups vomit and also gave one diarrhea. Had to return the product. The freeze dried treats of the same brand are well tolerated though

A lot of research for six ingredients are real

I’ve been using this for several years. I do like it. I consider trying freeze dried, but it’s so much more expensive and I know that this is healthy.

Great balance

I have 2 large dogs and feed them together, with the same food. Broken is the perfect fit for both, good digestion, therefore a great outcome! :) My boys are sensitive

I originally purchased Oragen Senior but it got really mushy with just a tiny amount of added liquid and was unappetizing. Bella didn’t like it. So I bought a small

I originally purchased Oragen Senior but it got really mushy with just a tiny amount of added liquid and was unappetizing. Bella didn’t like it. So I bought a small size of this to try; I liked the grains that are included. I mix this with a couple of diced slices of Fresh Pet, some diced stewed chix breast, and a dollop of chix broth (plus supplements). The Oragen does not get soggy and is still easy for Bella to eat and enjoy. Oragen is pricey but very high quality and very digestible. No stinky poop. Highly recommended.
