I know i'm looking at the 'Beef dinner" right now, but since i'm looking at your other products, my frfom free ranged question is applicable to them also. Specifically, is the beef from free ranged (grass) or grain fed cattle? Is the chicken and turkey also free ranged and grain free ?

How long is an open can good for after storing in the fridge?

Answer by ChewyMay 12, 2021
Low-acid canned goods, such as meat, poultry, fish, gravy, stew, soups, beans, carrots, corn, pasta, peas, potatoes and spinach) can be stored three to four days. Although it's safe to store the food in the can, it will retain better flavor if transferred to a glass or plastic storage container.

I bought this for my two seniors to try and help them gain weight. Snoopy and Snickers are very picky eaters and they are a little underweight. I was anxious to get this food and watch them gobble it up. But they both smelled it and walked away, this really broke my heart. I researched so many different brands of canned dog food and this is one I found that doesn't have bad stuff in it. Honestly I don't know what to do next, I really thought they would eat this.

Has the beef dinner recipe changed?

*One star rating on beef flavor only. All other flavors I give 4-5 stars* I've been feeding my dogs Nature's Logic for years. I have been happy with the ingredients and my dogs have eaten it well. However, one of my dogs who loved the beef flavor has suddenly stopped eating it. I noticed that it smells more like fish than beef recently. Reading the ingredients, sardines are the fourth ingredient which I don't remember being that high on the list previously. Regardless, he doesn't like it at all. I notice that the other flavors do not have sardines listed as an ingredient. I'll just choose another flavor and not purchase the beef flavor anymore.

Difficult transition

We've tried multiple times and can't get past the diarrhea during transition, even with very lengthy transitions.

been feeding this for years to past dog n current dog. But recently had to stop. My dog got severe allergy to it terrible rashes n bumps. He does not get this reaction to homemade cooked beef. So it is something else in the food. I believe that changed some sourcing of ingredients. It alsoLooks different. Disappointed because my dog had good stools on this product. Now I no longer trust it. The company was sold to Victor pet food about a year ago and it’s not the same. Will donate my last cases.
