Not as great as other flavors
By Stevie on Feb 10, 2021
I love Nature's Logic and both my pups were on a more expensive flavor (rabbit). But because one of them is getting so much bigger (and therefore going through way more food than the other), I had to start looking at a cheaper flavor for him. He really liked this beef flavor, But the whole time he was on this bag, his poop was crumbling literally as it came out. And yes we did check to see if it was dehydration first and he was drinking plenty of water. As soon as I got him on a flavor in between the beef and rabbit price wise (sardine), his poop went back to normal. I did notice that one of the differences in the beef flavors nutrition compared to the others was the amount of protein and fat I love Nature's Logic and both my pups were on a more expensive flavor (rabbit). Not for us. But maybe for others?
By Indyrosiesnoop on Feb 17, 2021
I have to agree with some of the other negative comments on this food. I came across this food on my never ending quest to find a good that works with my dogs and his allergies. Both my dogs eat this food fine. However, their poop is hard as rocks and crumbles into a million pieces. That doesn’t work when you have a 13 year old dog that lets lose an occasion nugget from time to time. Reached out to the manufacturer and they gave me some tips to help with stool consistency, but nothing helped.

Great for our 2!
By KarenH on Jan 15, 2021
So glad to have been recommended this by my daughter! Our 2 GSDs have had loose poops for years. We tried everything: pumpkin, probiotics, sensitive tummy formulas - which only worked for a short time. As soon as they fully transitioned to Nature's Logic, PERFECT poops, every single day! Usually, they would tire of a food within a few months but with NL they always gobble it up. With over 200lbs of doggie love to feed every day, it's expensive but so worth it. I'm confident we're saving on future vet bills, plus my boys are super happy on this.

Natures Logic
By VRamos on Jan 5, 2021
I highly recommend this food for animals with sensitive stomachs. I brought home two Great Danes three years ago and this is the first time in years that I have been able to get them to have normal poops. I am so glad I don't have to deal with runny poops any more. Introducing them to the new food was very easy, again no upset stomach. I will stick with this brand indefinitely.

2 bags in and my dogs are thriving
By PlaytimePaws on Nov 23, 2020
As a trainer that has also studied dog food and nutrition, I was impressed by the ingredients in this food. I had used this brand's frozen raw food so I wanted to try the kibble. My Shepard mix that has struggled with skin issues every fall breezed through this year without a single itch. When my family came over they couldn't stop talking about how shiny and healthy my dogs' coats were. Something I hadn't noticed because of the gradual change. I did have to cut back just a little on the amount they got because this food has more fat in it than previous foods. Well worth it since they seem to be thriving.

uhhhh...at least it's a good food. but not for my dogs.
By jess on Oct 22, 2020
my dogs are pretty good about their potty training, my doberman has NEVER had an accident in the house even when he was a puppy. ever since they've been on this food, they've been pooping their brains out. and yes, theyve had time to adjust to it. as soon as they eat, they can't hold it and they're pooping. they're constantly pooping. they used to only poop once a day, now they do it multiple times a day and physically can't hold it at all. it's awful. they'll just be walking around the house and little turds will just fall out. this isn't the only time I've heard issues with this food happening too, I honestly wish I listened and didn't get it at all. Excellent but not everyone can eat beef
By Bonnie on Oct 18, 2020
I love this brand natures logic and I have been recommending it to the point that I will transition the dogs I have boarding to new healthier foods upon owner agreement. The beef the dogs love it but one viszla had soft stools with a slow transition of food and the other a boxer started red paws - licking. So I have found that turkey works perfect! Especially for a maltipoo and a chihuahua. The salmon wow! Great for finicky eaters. Be prepared because this is highly nutritional food - take your time don't move to quickly. My maltipoo took a month. All dogs will have large healthy bowel movements not stringy or small. The probiotics in here are excellent for gut health. Not for my golden
By Alex on Nov 11, 2020
I had high hopes for this, my old girl ate some of it right out of my hand when I first opened the bag and offered her some. But her poop has gotten very dry and now that she's fully transitioned onto the food, she's been straining to poop the past day. I think it's the food since that's the only change that's happened in the past week. On to the next to try.
