This is a very high quality nutritionally complete for all life stages dog food. A supplement is not necessary.

Does Nature's Logic source any ingredient in this dry dog food from China? If so, which ingredient?

Nature’s Logic selects vendors that can supply ingredients from the USA and other countries with good food safety practices, such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Europe. They also require their vendors can guarantee that the ingredients do not come from China, and that they contain no chemical preservatives, herbicides, or insecticides.

Can you switch back and forth between proteins without it taking 7-10 days?

This Nature's Logic line is not a transitional line, and it is recommended to transition your pet to their new proteins if switching formulas.

LOVE The Product, just didn't pair well with pancreatitis

I got this product hoping to slowly, very slowy introduce it into my dogs diet as she has pancreatitis. Unfortunately, the first 2 table spoons hit her the wrong

I got this product hoping to slowly, very slowy introduce it into my dogs diet as she has pancreatitis. Unfortunately, the first 2 table spoons hit her the wrong way and I haven't fed it to her since. Although, there is nothing wrong with the other dog, so I'm slowly introducing it into her diet back and forth with the salmon formula. But I'm seeing signs of diarreah. This just might be to strong or natural a food for my girls.

I switched my dogs to the Nature's Logic lamb kibble about a year ago. This is excellent food--natural ingredients and very digestible. The inclusion of the nutritional clay is tremendous for their digestion (and for easy poop pick-ups!). The dogs also like the canned Nature's Logic food a lot, but I had to stop buying it because Chewy's no-padding shipping methods resulted in damage to about 50% of the cans, that I then had to throw away (damaged at the rims and compromising the cans' contents!) I reported this to Chewy twice and they replaced the ruined cans twice -- with even more ruined cans! Maybe Nature's Logic should switch to soft packaging of their excellent canned dog food (I wish they would!)

Seems Like a Good Food

Seems like decent food, unfortunately, it caused one of our dogs to get diarrhea even after slowly changing to this food over 7 days. It has also caused terrible

Seems like decent food, unfortunately, it caused one of our dogs to get diarrhea even after slowly changing to this food over 7 days. It has also caused terrible gas for both of our dogs (really horrible smell), and one of our dogs started to get a yeasty smell in his ears after eating this food. The only reason I changed from the food they were on is that they just didn't want to eat their old food, which was salmon-based. This food they love the flavor of, but it doesn't love them. The other issue with the food is that the pieces are super small, like training treat size. This doesn't work well with large-breed dogs. There were little pieces of it everywhere. They need to make a large breed version of this food. I had used this brand years ago with our previous dogs, and it worked well for them, so I figured it was worth a try with our two dogs now. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as well.
