Great food but quality is different purchasing from chewy.com
By Wilson88 on Dec 11, 2020
I have been feeding this food to my two spaniel mixes. They both have dry skin and the older has allergies. This food doesn’t upset his stomach and poops are typically solid and smaller similar to raw diet poops. The reason why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars was not due to the food in particular. Again I’ve been buying this food locally for a while. I just ordered through chewy because the auto ship was very appealing. I’m very disappointed though, the food is obviously old. Every time I’ve purchased this food it was very stinky (like fish) and much darker in color due to the moisture or oil content in the food. This food does not smell very strongly and is dry/lighter colored than usual. I know I have been feeding this food to my two spaniel mixes. They both have dry skin and the older has allergies. Can’t get enough

I would never have thought that this would be the reaction to this food. I chose it because of its very low fat content. They absolutely love it.

Very Good, but a bit dry and dusty
By JoeCool on Oct 30, 2020
My puppy Ginger had a 13lb bag this past summer. She seemed to like it! But I did notice like the rest of you that this flavor of Natures Logic is a bit on the dry and dusty side. My fluffy coton loved rubbing her face on everything after she got done eating this food, which wasn't a big deal, but funny to watch. I have tried the pork, turkey, and now the duck/salmon and she ate all of the bags completely. Natures logic is the only food she has been on since we picked her up at 8 weeks old. Very happy! She has grown to her expected size of 15lbs at 6 months of age and is very healthy and strong and active! Her coat looks My puppy Ginger had a 13lb bag this past summer. She seemed to like it! I'm celiac and the millet grain is a blessing that I can interact with my dog and know she is gluten free and safe for me, but also getting grains so she will not get DCM! Lastly! We notice she doesn't like the food as much at about the 4th week, so we bought 4 half gallon mason jars and fill them and clean them each use! Then I use my vacuum sealer to reseal the corner of the bag and suck out most of the air! The bag then fits inside our new 25lb Vittles Vault! THIS IS WORKING! dogs don't like stale food! … more

Healthy Coat and no more stomach issues
By Peanut on Aug 16, 2020
My 4yr old chihuahua Peanut is a picky eater when it comes to dry food! (My 3yr old chi-mix Louie will eat anything and be fine.) The kibble has to be small but not too small, due to it falling out of his mouth. Some small kibble is to hard to bite and same issues arise. He also has a very sensitive stomach and has been to the vet more than a few times with tummy trouble. He was on Holistic Select (small breed anchovy sardine chicken meal) for a few years before the switch. The holistic seemed fine, until I switched and noticed much less gas and tummy issues. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is at the bottom of the bag there’s usually a lot of crushed kibble but I can live with that My 4yr old chihuahua Peanut is a picky eater when it comes to dry food! Hopefully they don’t decide to change the ingredients as my little pup loves this stuff! … more

Favorite kibble on the market
By mytravelingk9s on Aug 29, 2020 Top 500 Contributor
After trial and error of narrowing down food sensitivities and which kibble would work best for my dogs, I landed on Nature's Logic. The transition process was seamless, leaving my otherwise sensitive-stomached pups free of gastrointestinal upset. Feeding a balanced and nourishing diet, namely Nature's Logic, has proven to be accompanied by copious benefits. Smaller stool, increased muscle development, shinier coats, and an overall elevation in appeal. I am truly elated to have found a kibble of such quality that works wonders for all three of my dogs!

Bad Batch?
By Maebru on Sep 7, 2020
I have been feeding my dog Nature’s Logic for awhile now and he loves it. I however recently ordered a 25lb bag of the sardine formula (which he’s had before with no problems at all) and the kibble seems way more dry and powder like than before. I compared it with a piece of the duck formula and it does not look the same... He has been having very loose stools too. I called chewy and they were very accommodating and refunded me right away.

HIghly Recommend
By Dina on Oct 2, 2020
This Nature's Logic was recommended to me by a new groomer I've started using. She said that my standard Poodle's coat and skin was not in great shape and I decided to try it. Well, what a difference, he's always been a picky eater and gobbled this up!

curmble kibble
By torimomo on Aug 17, 2020
I used to fed my dog Duck & Salmon flavor on Nature’s Logic and I had no problem on those bags that I purchased before. But like other reviewers had mentioned, 1/4 of the kibbles are crumbled which is very hard to scoop only the kibbles that are fine. I will keep buying Nature’s Logic brand but not this one I guess or I will go instore to get a fresh bag. I think I received the bags that were too old...

Funny Chemical Smelling Kibble
By Julie on Jul 11, 2020
I have been buying Nature's Logic Sardine Meal Feast for a while. When I open a new bag it smells like sardines and my dog tries to put his face in the bag! I just opened a new bag and it smells nothing like sardines at all, it has a chemical/plastic smell. My dog won't go near it. I compared the new kibble (smelled it, held it in my hand) to what little kibble is left in the previous bag and there is definitely a problem with the new kibble. Smells bad and has a different texture, lighter weight. Just from smelling the new kibble I have a strange taste in my mouth! Contacted customer service and Chewy is sending me a replacement.
