Our big lab pup usually destroys toys but nerf toys are big and tough enough to last and the squeaky ones are different in some way that he doesn’t want to destroy them
Not a tough toy. Lasted four days with GSD puppy. He pushed plug in easily which made a hole large enough for him to bite ball open.
Have tried many balls in keeping Ranger entertain and withstand the abuse. Ranger loves this squeaker ball and extremely durable!!
I wanted something larger and more durable than a tennis ball and got it with this ball. I know nothing is going to stand up for very long against my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, but was looking for an option that lasted longer than a day. So far, so good. Better than the JW ISqueak ball. The squeaker has lasted a day. I expect it to pop out soon, but the fact it has lasted longer than an hour is nice. This ball is heavier than the JW ball that is similar in size and this ball seems overall heavier duty. I purchased several for my Chesapeakes to have in the yard to play with along with their tennis balls. My dogs destroy tennis balls so quickly I often don’t have anything to toss for them when I go out to play with them. This is a good addition to the pile of balls they have to play with. Once the squeaker pops out the balls don’t bounce as well, but are still a fun ball to have in the yard. Heavy duty, but not indestructible if a dog is determined to kill it.
I bought this over 2 months ago and I can’t believe it’s still intact! My lab/shepherd mix will destroy her toys. She loves running around and squeeking this ball. She’s just as tough with it as with all the ropes and tennis balls she destroys. If you’re having trouble finding a toy for an extreme chewer, give this one a try.
Our Irish Setter pup (8 months old) LOVES this ball...very durable...squeaks perfectly (according to him)...easy to grab and go...loves playing fetch. A keeper for sure!!! Great size too...larger than a standard tennis ball but not so large that he can easily fit in his jaws to carry and gnaw (and squeak...did I mention it squeaks?).
I have had this kind of ball before & it lasted quite a while. Got this one on 7/1 Fri & by Sun 7/3 the squeaker no longer worked. I have a German Shepherd who is hard on balls but she loves the sound. What has happened to Nerf products? It should have lasted longer then 2 days.
Our dog loved it, but it lasted less than a week before needing to be discarded. Not strong enough for rough play and chewing.
Nice ball to throw around outside with my pup. It’s bouncy and has a loud squeaker. It’s the perfect size for him to be able to catch in his mouth. My pups a chewer and so far it’s holding up.
My boyfriend's dog is in love with this ball! He is quite rough with toys and this has held up well. The material is durable. The ball is larger in size and defiantly has a loud squeaker haha
