Overall, this looks like it will be a bird house to last many years! Sturdy, heavy materials, it will need at good, strong hook or limb to hang from. One side lifts up which will make clean out very easy! The paperwork with it says it has a 10-year warranty. It does require assembly, and it was a bit of a pain, but not terrible. I took off 1 star because the screws along the top of the roof need to be just a bit longer to do the job, or the pre-drilled holes for them were a little over-drilled. Finally got 2 of them to catch and hold but the 3rd required using one of the longer screws, which luckily the kit came with an extra. The holes for all the screws did all line up, though, which almost never happens with anything you have to assemble yourself!

I've wanted to get a birdhouse for a long time so thought this looked like a great option. It has a cute "homey" look and listed safe materials. The easy clean feature is also great since it must get pretty gross in a permanently close birdhouse! The instruction sheet is just pictures so required a few trial and error moments to put together, but the shapes are basic and the pieces were cut properly (no wonky mismatched sides). It is larger than I expected and much heavier, so be aware that it will need to be hung on a strong branch or set on a well designed post of some sort. It's really study, nice looking, and has a great warranty so all in all I think it's a great choice for a bird friendly addition to a space! Bring on the birdies!

Whichever critter claims this home is going to be very lucky! This is heavy duty and definitely has some weight to it. So, you’ll have to be mindful when you hang it up outside. It has a large interior, and there’s a way to open the back to empty it at the end of the season if you need to. Assembling it was a little tricky and it does require some of your own tools but once you get the hang of it, it only takes about 15 minutes to build. The definitely makes a nice gift for someone for any occasion even if you have to pre-assemble it for them. Once assembled, it looks very classy and not cheap or generic. It will look good in any yard!

But, I love the look of it, and am happy with it, however, the instructions were not so great, I didn't find it as easy to build as it should have been because of that. And I stripped one of the screw holes and that shouldn't have happened as it did. So, it's not top quality, but it's good. I'm really looking forward to when it does get used, I think it will be well loved by the birds here! I'm happy with it, I'd even buy another, but I did have issues installing, and I got in the wrong time to have it be used :(

It is quite beautiful ,well made & sturdy product, however the directions for how to put it together was very poor. It took me over an hour to assemble.

Since it’s fall and the end of bird breeding season, I can’t say if the birds are going to like it or not. But it’s a very attractive birdhouse and was relatively simple to put together. I’ll hang it out next spring and see if we get any lodgers!
