Does the floor bed remove for easy cleaning?

The bottom can't be removed unless it is disassembled, as it is used to help hold the side panels in place.

Damaged and missing parts.

You should have had it picked up and replaced it. I had to resolve the issue myself and one of the damaged parts will take 6 - 8 weeks to get it.
