Cannot recommend!! This is just flat out a gamble. I trusted the reviews that they would replace any broken parts and well that is HALF true. I have had the tank for two months and two pieces came broken (the bottom was chipped and the back half was completely in two pieces). The did sent me out a new bottom piece really quickly which was great- BUT two months have passed now and there is still no site of the replacement back piece. I was waiting until it arrived to write my review but since it really doesnt seem like it will ever actually arrive here we are. They have told me that it would go out soon twice now and there has been no development in over a week- I ordered the tank two months ago- this has been a huge hassle for a lot of money and has taken up so much space in my home that I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to save the money and skip this huge headache. I will likely be taping the back and just have to deal with a hideous tank. The tank is nice for what your paying but its definitely a risk I wish I didnt take. Thankfully the broken back panel seems to kind of work, just ugly, broken and I will have to seal it somehow (with tape or something) to keep the heat in

Customer service was a nightmare

I bought 1 tank, the stacking piece and the cabinet for under it all. I got the tanks it came broken they replaced it quickly so that was good. Ordered the cabinet

I bought 1 tank, the stacking piece and the cabinet for under it all. I got the tanks it came broken they replaced it quickly so that was good. Ordered the cabinet last and the door of it came broken, asked for a replacement door, they could not send me just the door so I had to ship it back. They sent me a replacement middle stacking piece. Called and had to explain it all. They sent me the cabinet instead. 1 month after my initial order I finally get the cabinet and was excited. Start putting it together and Its a while different cabinet and way too big. My bearded dragons are going to be against the ceiling .

The first one I received was damaged in shipping (I think) and customer service replaced it. The replacement came quickly. Assembling it was so easy and quick. Some of the reviews said the holes didn’t line up, but for me they did. It is lightweight, but seems sturdy. I like the low profile due to space limitations in my son’s room. It makes the enclosure look so much better than sitting in the floor.

BAD MANUFACTURING

3rd New Age Pet item I’ve purchased

I give 3 stars because this is now the third New Age pet item I’ve purchased and have experienced problems. 2 enclosures and now this stand. 1 enclosure came in

I give 3 stars because this is now the third New Age pet item I’ve purchased and have experienced problems. 2 enclosures and now this stand. 1 enclosure came in scratched and damaged in multiple areas. Dealing with their customer service for replacement parts wasn’t great but they did end up sending me a new lid for the 48” enclosure. The 36” enclosure had some scuffs which was whatever. When this particular item arrived the box was damaged and I could see the item through the foam packaging. One of the pieces on the door was damaged and I’m not sure how well that’s going to hold so I’ll be emailing new age pet about it. I just want people to know what they’re getting into with these items considering how pricey they are. My overall experience with their products as far as use has been great. Humidity has stayed up for my snakes and they seem happy. My overall experience with the packaging/shipping/arrival experience is not so great. Damages and customer service that isn’t very informative is a drawback. These products are way too expensive to put up with consistent nonsense.
