How tall is the item and what is the depth and width of the bowls

Answer by ChewyNov 11, 2019
This elevated diner is approximately 15.5 inches tall. The bowls are approximately 2.62 inches deep and 8.27 inches in diameter.

Does the bowl shelf have something under it so that the water doesn't drip into the food storage area.

Answer by ChewySep 23, 2021
This storage has a panel underneath the bowls.

Can you replace the plastic liner? The zipper on mine split so I just need to replace the plastic bag.

Answer by ChewyMar 24, 2020
At this time, the manufacturer does not offer replacement parts for this diner.

Do the bowls rattle around or make much noise when the pup goes to eat? My German Shepard mix startles easily, so I want to find bowls that will be nice and quiet for her to eat out of.

Answer by ChewyMar 19, 2021
This diner includes two 4 cup (32 ounces) stainless steel bowls that do not include a plastic rim to prevent rattling.

Easy easy. Nice big sale.

Easy to assemble but also easily falls apart when the bag bulges from a new food bag. Its tempting to overfill because you can fit more that 20 pounds in the bag

Easy to assemble but also easily falls apart when the bag bulges from a new food bag. Its tempting to overfill because you can fit more that 20 pounds in the bag but dont do it because the bag bulge will pop the walls open. Also the water bowl wets the top so I towel dry multiple times a day because the tray it is on is the wood I dont know if its water sealed. We will see what happens.

It looked used when it came

The box was sealed, however, once opened, there was wet spots and stains all over the pieces. There were no directions at all, and the screws were missing.

I wanted so much to love this dog bowl system but the plastic bag to store food in broke within the first month of storing dog food in it. My big dog refuses to use the bowls unless I put them in the floor. Feels like a waste of money.

Super easy to put together, includes the tools to complete, had a plastic/rubber liner for the bowls so they are snug when in the bowl slots. ALSO came with stainless steel bowls. I have an Australian Shepherd and he was ecstatic. Good buy IMO. I think the resealable liner is cool but I don't think I'm going to use it for whatever intended purposes it was provided to us for. Good buy when on sale 55% off. I would not have paid the $159.99 it was originally listed for.

Absolutely the best

My dog would have tantrums when left alone and dump her food all over the floor. This stopped all of that and it’s convenient to be able to store food under feeder

This works so well in my kitchen. It sits where my dogs bowls have always been, but they’re raised for her now (she’s a collie) and having the food and bowl together just makes everything easier. And she’s not scooting her food bowl across the floor trying to lick it clean. it’s made from corrugated plastic so it’s not heavy, though I do wonder how long it will last. East to assemble and use.

Bowls Sweat, Causing Mold But Very Sturdy

This is an extremely sturdy and durable bowl stand. I have two labs and both can eat and drink like maniacs at the same time without it falling over or pushing around

This is an extremely sturdy and durable bowl stand. I have two labs and both can eat and drink like maniacs at the same time without it falling over or pushing around. I bought my first one almost three years ago and am needing to buy a second now because mold developed on all sides at the bottom and on the inside. Because of how the bowl holder is designed with the bottoms of the bowls enclosed, there is no way for the steel bowls to “breathe” and so when they contain water, sweat/condensation forms on the outside and has no way to evaporate. The moisture gets trapped and droplets form, then fall down. Our stand is virtually wet all the time because of this. If you stay on top of wiping it out, you’ll get around three or so years out of it. While it’s expensive, and we need to replace it now, it’s excellent for tall hangry eaters.
