The internal dimensions for this enclosure are: 19.7 inches wide, 11.7 inches long and 21.7 inches high. The door measures 6.3 inches wide and 9.9 inches high.

Is the divider optional?

Arrived scratched up, but good inside

We were quite disappointed to open the box, build it, only to realize the top is quite scratched up. For a $200 item that is not ok. Contacted chewy and were offered

We were quite disappointed to open the box, build it, only to realize the top is quite scratched up. For a $200 item that is not ok. Contacted chewy and were offered a refund for returning it, but realized that taking it apart, rebuilding the box, and bringing it to a shipping place is way too much work so we will just cover the top but having to do that for this expensive an item is why I do not recommend. Cat does use it though.

A bit small

We got this for our elderly MC cat. He couldn’t do the stairs anymore. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a comfortable fit for him. He ended up peeing against the wall

We got this for our elderly MC cat. He couldn’t do the stairs anymore. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a comfortable fit for him. He ended up peeing against the wall of the enclosure. It leaked out onto the floor. not the solution we hoped for.
