Bad quality

2 Plastic screws snapped and one does not fit in tight. BUT rather than return we will make it work. For those of you who do not RETURN IT.

It's ok, there's pros and cons

Pros: I like the size. We didn't have to water proof it. Easy to assemble. It has a bar to hold up the lid. Cons: The screen feels flimsy and I worry about setting

Pros: I like the size. We didn't have to water proof it. Easy to assemble. It has a bar to hold up the lid. Cons: The screen feels flimsy and I worry about setting the lights on top. There are gaps in the corners where substrate could fall through so we used flex tape to cover them. Not being able to open each side separately is a bummer. I personally don't know if I'd order it again considering how pricey it is. I've used both this house and the Zoo Med house and I'm not sure if I'd order this one again.
