Doesn't have instructions

This item doesn't come with instructions- it tells you to go online to their website to get the instruction guide, but then when you get there, they don't have this

This item doesn't come with instructions- it tells you to go online to their website to get the instruction guide, but then when you get there, they don't have this model #/product listed. I reached out to customer service (had to submit an inquiry because they don't have chat) and the autoreply said it would take over 48 hours for a reply. I am annoyed I may have to end up returning this and taking time out of my day to have to send it back. Chewy should notate the issue with instructions in the description to save customers a headache after buying it.
