is garlic bad for dogs?

These treats contain a small amount of garlic powder, that is not harmful to dogs. When used in small amounts, garlic can help support the immune system and liver. It helps the cardiovascular system prevent blood clots, and reduces cholesterol/fat build up in the blood and heart. It also aides in the fight against bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, and increases the rate of killing off parasites. Garlic also helps increase the palatability of products.

There are no larger treats. The dog biscuits are about 4.3 cm (1.7 inches) wide, 3.7 (1.45 inches) cm tall and 0.7 cm (0.25 inches) thick.

Chloe loves these too & I know we can rely on Mr Newman for a quality product. I cut these squares up into small pieces & use them for training. They’re ideal for that! Not too soft or messy on my hands. I put them into a sandwich bag in a pocket of my clothes. I use the regular beef jerky in the same way as well.

They smell strong so they get her attention easily. They are dense enough that she needs to chew a bit. I seriously have yet to purchase any Newman's Own treat that she has not loved. Really.

They are easy to break into 4 parts (lol) -- and nutritious (Newman's own) -- usually Newman's own stuff gives part to charity -- I support many animal charities
