These treats do not need to be refrigerated. Although they have a shelf life of almost 9 months because of the natural preservation system, It is recommend that they be consumed within 30 days of opening the pouch.

NEWMAN'S OWN Beef Jerky is my dog's favorite treat. Each evening as part of her dinner, I have her follow commands (sit, stay, down, etc), so she has to work bit for dinner. When I use NEWMAN'S OWN Beef Jerky for the rewards, she's SUPER excited to perform! These treats are a staple in our house. I always have an open packet and one in the pantry so we never run out.

Another of the Queen’s favorite treats!! I also like this because it’s lean, high protein & good for her teeth. I know a lot of these chewies are very salty, so I don’t just let her chow down as much as she wants! I make sure she has as much water available - always - & limit these salty treats, while trying to balance the benefits of the chewability! (If that’s even a word!?!)
