Is this litter safe to use with septic systems?

All of Next Gen cat litter products are clumping and flushable litters. They can be safely flushed and will not clog your pipes. Additionally because Next Gen litters form smaller clumps you dispose of less litter per clump making it more economical.

how often do I change it

It is recommended to do a regular maintenance of your cat's litter box. This will help extend the time between litter box changes. Once the litter is fully soiled, we recommend doing a full box change.

Beyond frustrated with stocking issues

I love this litter. It smells great and it's non-irritating (I'm sensitive to clay litter dust.) It clumps well. I can agree that it has cons, like the material

I love this litter. It smells great and it's non-irritating (I'm sensitive to clay litter dust.) It clumps well. I can agree that it has cons, like the material being too large to sift easily through litter scoops, or that the clumping power weakens as the litter gets lower, but the odor control more than makes up for it, and it's so low dust that I'm confident my cats aren't breathing in yucky particles the way they were when we tried out Pretty Litter. Chewy has had repeated issues stocking this product for at least half a year by this point. Somehow, this brand's other litter stays in stock, which is a shame as I found it to be an inferior product - incredibly sawdusty, poor clumping, litter running out quickly due to wasting half of it while trying to keep clumps together, weaker smell control. Even though Chewy has mysteriously been unable to provide this litter, Chewy's competitors still sell the product at a higher price, and I hate supporting them, because this company has been consistently here for my cats. I've settled for just buying it directly from the brand itself. It's super frustrating knowing the product still exists, but Chewy just won't carry it. I almost wish the site would just remove the option of buying it so I can stop getting my hopes up!

pellets fall apart and odor control

The pellets fall apart much more easily than green tea litter and odorr is more of an issue with cypress. Maybe this wood is softer. I hope they can continue

The pellets fall apart much more easily than green tea litter and odorr is more of an issue with cypress. Maybe this wood is softer. I hope they can continue the green tea litter as oder issues are non existent with the green tea litter and the cypress fresh unscented, the pellets fall apart and dont clump with urine as well. Its messier than green tea.

Although raised on a good, natural cat litter, my one cat began to only go to the bathroom outdoors. As I limit outdoor time this became an issue. So I tried to find the best substitute to nature/mulch that I could, and this is what I landed on. After a bit of retraining this seems to be working. She has the option of natural grass cat litter (which my other cat loves) but seems to prefer this option. It doesn’t seem to clump well for me so I do end up throwing out good litter with the bad, but being that it’s minimally used that’s ok with me.

I searched high and low to find a cat litter that was natural, light weight, doesn’t smell perfumed or like I’m in the woods and clumps. I found this product several years ago and I haven’t found any cat litter that lives up to my expectations. Low dust and low tracking are just pluses that I’m very happy about! And my two cats don’t have any problems with it. Excellent product! Hopefully Chewy can keep it in stock!
