It's pretty good, but some slight issues.

I'll get the worst things out of the way first: There are no instructions, which isn't too bad. The roof does not have any way to properly connect to the house,

I'll get the worst things out of the way first: There are no instructions, which isn't too bad. The roof does not have any way to properly connect to the house, but since it has some weight to it, the cats would not easily be able to knock it off, so not too bad. The reference image poorly illustrates the size of the house. It seems 3/4 the size in reality. Good things: Both cats being able to fit and lay within or on top of it. Easy to put together. Easy to take apart if needed. Both cats enjoyed it immediately and began playing and resting on it. Overall, it's fairly sturdy and my cats enjoy it. Though that white fuzz toy didn't stand a chance. The roof part is a little cumbersome but fine. I would give it a 3.5 star rating if I could.

Not anywhere close to the size the picture depicts. There were no instructions, however it was easy to figure out. Once assembled, the parts do not line up, so it looks "cheap". The only plus side is - it is sturdy. IF you aren't concerned with cosmetics, it would probably work out for small cats or kittens.
